Welcome to FreshKey Cleaning Services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
FreshKey Cleaning Services agrees to provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed during the booking process. We provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise arranged.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. However, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
- If our cleaners are unable to access the property upon arrival, a full service charge may apply.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior agreement (e.g., monthly invoicing for commercial clients) is in place. We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
4. Liability & Insurance
FreshKey Cleaning Services is fully insured for public liability and employer's liability.
- We take great care in your home, but accidents can happen. Please report any damage within 24 hours of the service.
- We are not liable for damage due to faulty installation or wear and tear (e.g., loose door handles, broken blinds).
- We do not clean hazardous materials, including mold, blood, or bodily fluids.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no extra cost.
